I had blue berry pancakes for the first time today! Daddy made a big breakfast and Mommy’s tummy decided she would have some- so I got to try ‘em too! I couldn’t make out everything they said at the table today, but I think I heard Dad say that it was a recipe from a Jiffy box (whatever that means!) and his parents used to make those for him! Oh- and I heard another voice today besides Mom and Dad’s- I think it was my Aunty Marci. She always kisses me by kissing Mama’s tummy. I like that

I’ve gained a lot of weight this week and I guess I probably weigh about 2.8 ounces and I am 4 1/2 inches from the tip of my head to the bottom of my little rumpy! Those blueberry pancakes must have given me energy- cuz I’m kinda active at this stage. At any given moment I could be playing in my dark environment, doin summersaults or I may even may even be suckin’ my little thumb! Wish I could still taste those pancakes though…

Well, my Mommy is 15 1/2 weeks along today! I have grown to almost 4 1/2 inches, and I now weigh about 1 3/4 of an ounce. This week I am developing facial muscles, my tiny organs and nerves are startin’ to function, and I have just learned to type!

What better way to spend my time in here than to blog, right? From now on I will post all of my thoughts, stories, and pictures right here on the web. Who knows, you may even find out a couple of secrets about me! One thing’s for sure, I’m not sayin’ whether I’m a boy or girl (there’s got to be some suspense). Although I overheard Mommy and Daddy sayin’ somethin’ about finding out in a month or so. We’ll see what happens!

Anyway, I’m signing off for now. Looks like Mommy and Daddy are heading to bed soon and I should do the same. I’ve been enjoyin’ the “no bedtime until you’re born” rule, but I need my sleep. Bye for now!
